MUSIC

The development of a broad vision of music in the student will necessarily imply the synergistic coexistence of three complementary approaches.

The first of these approaches will be related to the different and very varied functions that Music exercises in society and will contribute to the understanding of the means that it uses as art.

The second approach will take into account the interdisciplinary relationships of Music with the other subjects of the school curriculum, and with critical evaluations. The student will seek to locate the musical phenomenon within his affective sphere and knowledge, thus becoming part of his comprehensive training.

The third approach refers to the specific development of the student, who must demonstrate certain attitudes such as: openness, receptivity, and curiosity towards a new world in many aspects, to be discovered by the majority.
