
PHYSICAL
The subject of Physics aims to contribute to the formation of students with a broad scientific culture, capable of approaching and solving theoretical and practical problems, capable of recognizing scientific arguments, approaching them to the processes of science in such a way that, in accordance with the objectives of the educational model, acquire critical, scientific and humanistic training.
COURSES
PHYSICS I
At the end of the Physics I course, the student will understand that science is a way of interpreting the
world and is the result of historical, social and cultural processes; will recognize the fundamental principles and laws of matter and heat, in order to relate them to their environment; apply basic analytical and experimental methods to explore the fundamental principles and laws of matter and heat; will develop strategies to solve qualitative and quantitative problems in the context of matter and heat, and will value the importance of their commitment to the community.
PHYSICS II
At the end of the Physics II course, the student will understand that science is a way of interpreting the
world and is the result of historical, social and cultural processes; will recognize the fundamental principles and laws of electromagnetism and mechanics, in order to relate them to their environment; apply basic analytical and experimental methods to explore the fundamental principles and laws of electromagnetism and mechanics; will develop strategies to solve qualitative and quantitative problems in the context of electromagnetism and mechanics, and will value the importance of their commitment to the community.
